Hello Everyone!
The skies were in a pretty hue of pastels and blues as I stepped out of my home on a tranquil Saturday afternoon. I knew just where I wanted to go - the charming Huganas Café that recently made it on my 'cozy café discoveries' list. Today I’ll be giving you all a peek into my splendid experience.
Upon reaching, a rustic and earthly allure that surrounded the café drew me in instantly. The neat patio bordered by blooming roses and inviting wisterias with sunlight pouring over made a delightful sight to relish. A hint of nutmeg in the air blended with the calming aroma of nature reassured me of my decision. I opted for a secluded little table that offered the perfect blend of sun and shade, promising a cosy atmosphere. The ivy creeping up the walls, rustic wooden tables and calming tones of blues and browns emanated a natural simplicity. I couldn’t wait to dive in!
The charming waitress with an ever-present smile ushered me in. Looking around, I could see a fair number of tables were filled, yet the café remained uncrowded, never too noisy - maintaining a serene ambiance that calmed the soul. Huganas Café effortlessly mixed an aura of being well-known and adored, yet secret and exclusive. There was an implicit camaraderie in the café that could not be expressed through mere words, but by a shared understanding of what peace felt like.
To my joy, I noticed their menus are periodically updated based on what fresh produce they manage to acquire, locally or otherwise. Their motto: Bringing nature to the plate seemed truly imbued into their working ethos. As suggested by my lovely server, I went for their best-selling herb-infused salad and freshly squeezed orange juice for starters. For the main course, a delicious pan-roasted salmon sprinkled with aromatic herbs made the cut. And I finished my journey with an indulgent chunk of almond cake paired with some exceptional brewed coffee. The flavors were divine! The unique blending of various local produce rendered a whole new personality to each dish, ultimately living up to their motto.
What captured me was the modest grandeur, each detail looked over meticulously yet the setting appeared gracefully nonchalant. To talk about the service would mean to discuss its faultless excellence. Even the bill presented had an intricate floral print that complemented the nature-based ambiance, truly epitomizing 'the devil is in the details'.
When the sun started setting, I realized that hours had passed. The sounds of chirping birds turned to quiet rustling leaves. Time didn’t stand still, but somehow in the hidden realm of Huganas Café, it seemed to take its sweet, meandering pace. My eyes started glazing over the toppling sun, bidding goodbye with hues of mauve, ochre, and carmine streaking the sky. And with that captivating view, my day was coming to a pleasant close.
In hindsight, that Saturday afternoon spent at Huganas café seemed nothing short of a fleeting painting; exquisite and filled with inviting strokes of color and liveliness. There’s a delightfully charming embrace that awaits at Huganas, filled with the touch of nature, soothing flavors, and tranquil tones. And that is an invitation I would urge everyone to answer!

That looks like a really nice place. I especially like the pool, since the design seems to be the 'infinity' pool.
Yeah it's more likely that way
