It's not an easy week, a little challenging, but if people give it a go there's probably some personal reward to be found and I also reward people as you know.
I try to set a good example in that way, I've been around here for a long time and I feel somewhat responsible for supporting some of those who have not been here as long. Having said that, I'm not about giving things away for low, or no, effort. The onus is on each user to bring their best.
