For me I just engage and don't worry about the votes etc, I see newcomers all the time getting bigger rewards than me votse from approciator and all the others.
All about engagement, if I win or am in the top three of the engagement league then I happy!
People need to read rules before posting in a community, but have fun, if something is fun then you will do it and not worry about the rewards as they will come!
