In my opinion, capital punishment should be practiced, especially in cases of rape, murder and corruption.
But victims must be given fair trial in court and proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt before the sentencing.
Life is the most valuable thing on earth, people shouldn’t take such a gift for granted and there should be a way of punishing people who do not deserve the gift of life.
I hope you don't want to convict the victims :)
