My Own Way to Unwinding - [WE97] Weekend-Engagement Friday blog prompts

More often than not, we prefer to follow the herd in the wrong direction rather than walk the right path on our own.

97This is my entry to @galenkp’s Weekend Engagement #

Hello everyone,

Stress is one of the factors that can affect our health and peace of mind. It is stress that can reduce our efficiency. It is a fact that we experience every day. Especially people who work at a desk, in front of a computer, with tight deadlines and deadlines to meet.

My opinion is that each person has his or her own way of relaxing after a busy day at work, so I will try to share with you some methods that are as simple as they are effective at least for me, and maybe after you see my relaxation methods you will realize that they are perhaps identical to yours.

I can say that for me outdoor movement, rest and nutrition are some of the factors that help us take care of ourselves and reduce stress.

I've noticed how good and energized I feel after a long distance walk, although in the first instance you actually have to pull yourself to get out of the house?

I wonder why we love endurance nature walks so much?

Science proves that walking long distances in nature will give you the perfect boost for both mind and body.

Walking in nature

  • Keeps depression under control;
  • Improves sports performance;
  • Improves immunity and memory;
  • Reduces anxiety;
  • Helps you fight colds and flu;
  • Makes you happy;

No, it's not about some miracle cure, but simply about walking in nature!

Nature has a calming effect on our body. A simple walk in nature helps to relax the nerves, relieve stress and induce a positive mood.

When we sit in the midst of nature we realise that most of the time we consume ourselves for nothing. Perhaps, our problems are not so hard and unsolvable. If we take a moment to really admire the beauty of nature around us, to enjoy the fresh air and the peace and quiet, we will be much more relaxed and happy.

What could be more enjoyable than spending quality time with your family outdoors? You can play fun games or have lunch in nature. If you make a mess, don't forget to clean up after yourself.

Admiring the beauty of nature costs nothing. We just need to take better care of it, to learn to appreciate it at its true value.

Nature is wonderful and will never cease to amaze me. I am lucky to live near the mountains. Not even a 50-minute drive will take you to these wonderful places, straight out of the most beautiful stories.

Birdsong brings me closer to nature. I could listen to them for hours without getting bored. For me, harmonious birdsong is a real therapy, offered free of charge.

My advice is to get out into nature as often as possible, enjoy the beautiful scenery and explore each area individually. Mountain air is extremely healthy, it has a lot of benefits for our health.

Oh I agree entirely - nature brings you back to your body and into the moment. You are lucky to live close to the mountains!

What beautiful places, so I would get to relax quickly hahaha body and mind.
Simply spectacular, I like your method.

Thanks for stopping by, and I'm so glad you enjoyed it, the most important method of relaxation for me is walking in nature, but I have another one, smiling and laughing, always when I go through a more difficult situation I tell myself in my mind smile and everything will be fine.

I like this method as much as the first one 😊 And it can be practiced as many times as necessary
