This weekend, Sunday to be exact, I have promised the children to go on an excursion. Because our family loves the wild / wild nature, we went on an excursion to Berastagi City. The city of Berastagi has a cool climate because it is located in the highlands of Karo land, North Sumatra province, Indonesia. Berastagi City is one of the tourist attractions in Karo land which has a beautiful natural scenery background in the form of Sibayak mountain, Sinabung mountain, Barisan hill and Leuser Forest.On the way to the city of Berastagi, at 13.00 WIB (Western Indonesian Time), we stopped at a mosque in the village of Kuta Rakyat, Naman Teran District, Tanah Karo. After I finished praying, I just realized that behind the mosque there is a beautiful natural landscape, with a backdrop of Mount Sinabung which is erupting, a bright blue sky surrounded by white clouds moving in the wind and also green trees growing around the forest. in the valley of Mount Sinabung. I am confused what is the background color in my photo, blue sky or green forest trees? It seems the blue sky doesn't want to part with the green trees.
Because the blue color that dominates the beautiful scenery today, I think the background color in my photo is the blue sky. If there are no white clouds scattered in the sky, then the blue sky will not look its beauty. This is the same as philosophy in human life, if there are no problems and obstacles in human life, happiness will feel lack of meaning. In the photo, you can see a tree that looks beautiful towering, according to local residents, this tree is hundreds of years old and still stands strong today. The presence of this tree adds to the beauty of the surrounding natural scenery. The sky looks increasingly blue with the presence of green tree leaves, I am fascinated by the presence of this tree which looks "arrogant" in reaching its dreams and does not want to be outdone by the natural phenomena around it (in the form of the eruption of Mount Sinabung).
I tried to take a selfie with a blue sky background, but when I took the photo, it seemed the blue sky was covered by white clouds moving around the erupting Mount Sinabung. Although the results of the selfies did not meet my expectations, I am very grateful to be able to take pictures with amazing natural backgrounds. For me, the blue color of the sea describes the vastness of the sky on earth and the vastness of the blue sky reflects the breadth of life on earth, hope and enthusiasm. The sky is the giver of hope, there are many farmers on earth who hope that the sky will bring down blessed rain to grow various plants on earth. As long as there is a blue sky, don't ever give up on all the problems that exist because the world has not ended. As long as there is still a blue sky, never give up because the vast blue sky reflects that there is still a lot of life in the blue sea that will provide sufficient food and an abundant source of energy for life on earth.
