I was looking among my things for objects that could be significant in 200 years, or at least, interesting and attract the attention of whoever finds them, to be honest I saw few things to share, however, then it came to my mind that it should not be something extraordinary, many times simplicity is more attractive.
For example, I like my music box, contemplating the monotonous dance of the doll while she looks at herself in the mirror relaxes me a lot and from my point of view is a good ally to spend a quiet and concentrated time. My mind is very restless, sometimes it is good because I get some inspiration, a solution to a problem or a pleasant memory, but sometimes so much thinking overwhelms me and also come thoughts that are not so pleasant, the music box helps me to concentrate for a while in the here and now.
Many times I have dreamed of giving one of these to a special girl who finds meaning in an object like this, however, so far I have not come across that person who would make me fulfill that wish, so, for now, I would give mine to time... Maybe someone will find it as special as me in any place, space and time.
Now, I have a small trunk that a friend gave me some years ago. In my life I have moved 2 times and I have been leaving things behind, however, I always carry this beauty with me, I find it quite useful to keep things, at the same time it is decorative, it has a mirror, which makes it reflect in itself what it carries inside.
I confess that sometimes I am superstitious, besides I try to impregnate my mind that doing certain things can lead me to the achievement of some desire, this is something like creating an anchor. For example, I like to think that this trunk is magical and that everything I keep there will tend to multiply, so I like to keep money in it (whether it has worked for me or not, I keep it to myself 🤭).
This would be the second object that I would place in a time machine to be discovered in 200 years, I would place a note inside it saying: "all the wishes you keep here, will be fulfilled, by the magic of the mirror".
I imagine that many will laugh when they open the trunk and see the note, but surely someone will want it for themselves and at least, on the sly, write wishes and keep them in it.
Finally, I would place in that time capsule my beautiful notebook of "The Little Prince", each sheet has a message of phrases from this famous book. I believe that each of these messages may have meaning in a couple of centuries, I do not think that the meaning of the words can change drastically with the passage of time.
It has been quite a few years since my sister gave me this notebook and to tell the truth it is still blank and it is as good as new, I have only used a couple of sheets to cut out messages and give them as gifts.
I imagine that with the passage of time notebooks will be less used than they are now, because of the digital era and all the technological advances, possibly from now to 200 years they will no longer be as common and easy to find as they are today, possibly, is what I think, so taking this into account, a blank notebook can be a treasure in that long time, a treasure for those who wish to write or draw on paper or simply for those who appreciate a copy so beautiful and full of phrases of a wonderful book, the second most translated book in the world, after the Bible.
There is a saying that expresses: "What for many is trash, for others is treasure".
Forgive me if I was unable to find the origin of this phrase, but I find it very true. The value of things is placed by everyone, from their own perspective.

I like all three objects. I love the music boxes, and the idea of putting a note inside your favorite little trunk seems so cool. I can imagine finding a trunk like this that is two hundred years old with the note, it's like finding a little treasure. And the notebook completes a great trio of objects.
