I've learned that a smile can brighten up the day of someone even though you might be in a dark pit. I've learned that consistent hardwork would eventually produce the right results.
This is true, but there is also a time to let someone know if you are hurting. And also a time to evaluate if that work is producing good results. Maybe another approach will get you there faster? Or perhaps the goal itself has changed, without you even realizing it?
