On our way from the Alps to the sea we made a few stops and one of them was a beautiful little private beach on the riverbed of the Durance... One thing should be said ... getting there was anything but easy 😅
Auf unserem Weg aus den Alpen hin zum Meer haben wir noch ein paar Zwischenstops eingelegt und einer davon war ein wunderschöner kleiner Privatstrand am Flussbett des Durance... eins soll gesagt sein ...dort hinzukommen war alles andere als einfach 😅
I actually thought there would be a road leading there, but unfortunately it was more of a poorly constructed dirt track... With the Audi, which doesn't have a lot of ground clearance, it was quite a tricky business and I got out of the car to check at all times whether there was still enough space between the ground and the underbody of the car...
After a while we had to pass a track where one of the French express trains passes and then another stretch of dirt road to the river bed where we set up our roof tent in a small niche...
