Today my mom only gave a few dime coins for breakfast at school because she has been very busy recently. I remember that our last breakfast was two months ago, even then the menu was only one bowl of rice and three fried sardines. Two months ago, she was also just fired from her job as a zoo attendant for neglect in caring for a newborn ape cub.
"See you tonight dear, tomorrow mom promise to make a delicious breakfast for us to eat together!" those were the words mom said before she walked out the door of our little apartment. Don't know when to go home because her current job is a gas station attendant on a suburban highway.
Previously we lived in housing near the town square. It's just dad, mom and me. We live in harmony with all the treasures and the magnificent white house. But it's all the result of deception and the work of the dad's illegitimate. He was arrested because he was found guilty of committing illegal bribery and will be held in prison for 12 years. My mom and I just cried hysterically when that night my dad was brought by the police to the police station with a red-blue siren that deafened the night sky.
Dad is no longer by our side, but we must not give up. We have to survive and have to fight to fix our family name which is already dirty in people's ears. Mom started looking for jobs ranging from being a clerk in a beauty salon, a waitress at a family restaurant and most recently as a zoo attendant. All these jobs only lasted for two weeks, after which my mom was fired due to some internal problems and she had a hard time adjusting to the type of work she had to do.
Even so, my mom didn’t give up. She will continue to work to support me and create a bright future for me. She never tire of hugging me in the middle of the night when I'm hungry, always wiping my tears when I cry, always buying me expensive medicine when I'm sick.
Mom is my angel. She illuminates the dark path of my life after the collapse of our family harmony. When I couldn't live a life like this, my mom was always by my side and cheered me on. I don't know why but every motivational words that come out of her mouth, make me more enthusiastic in living my day every day.
Tonight mom came home at 22:43 pm. She brought the food she bought at the shop near the gas station where she worked.
“Quickly clear the table and prepare the plates! As promised, tonight we will have a good dinner!” Mom was very enthusiastic after returning from work.
"I am very hungry waiting for you mom, thank you for your hard work!"
"How about at school? Are you studying well?” Mom asked as she devoured the chicken with her hand.
"All is well, mom has worked hard with your work, so I must not lose either!"
“I love your spirit! But remember Mira, it's useless for us to work for ourselves. It would be better if we could work for others and benefit them for what we do. Don't be ashamed of what kind of work it is, but think about the benefits it brings to people.”
“Be a light to those in need and guide them!”
I was amazed by what my mom said. She is indeed an angel.
The next day I went to school and saw my classmates were struggling hard with the assignment given by mrs. Perey. I suddenly remembered what mom said last night and will try to help people in need.
“Looks like you have a hard time doing it! Let me help!” my friends seemed happy to receive my help. they also knew that I was one of the academically bright students in the school. they all suddenly came huddled to me with books and pens

@adhyaksaardaus Mira had good feelings for her mother, and her mother also teaches her well and tries to teach her good lessons. This is what everyone's mother does, but only a few of us follow the advice of our parents.
But this community @theinkwell gives you good advice like any elder sister or mother, if you follow them then you will benefit in future.
