I can imagine the horror you and your friend had to endure after drowning the dreadful liquid. That experience alone must have made you to become wary of drinks at parties or anywhere else for that matter. It's a good thing you recovered from it and no serious medical damage was done.

It's okay when you are a young. In this case I learned the fast and painful way never to drink that.
I enjoy writing. This was an interesting challenge to write a nonfiction story about a mistake and this was the mistake that hovered over me.
