Two brothers(Stanley and Laurel) with no parents brought up by the aunt, though they were rich.
They grew up with silver spoons. Stanley was the eldest, he believed true love never existed, that if you have money, you have a woman but Laurel, was the one in search of true love.
So, he sets up a show with cash prizes of 20million naira for the first runner up, 10 million naira for the second runner up and 5 million naira for the 3rd runner up.
Wow amazing😳 different 5 girls applied for the show which they were to live in the house, so they would be accessed.
Laurel, who is in need of true love, disguised himself to a gate man, just so he'll know who really loves him and Stanley stood in for him while the aunt played the role of the accessor. The 5 ladies got in though, everything seemed so well, all the ladies tried everything just so they could fit in except for Christy, who just went there to clear her head off her 6years broken relationship. She got along with Laurel the gate man, although she offended him more than twice since she got there but she apologized and started having interest in Laurel and not Stanley as other girls did.
Well, she told Laurel her feelings for him, but he said she won't stand to gain anything from "a common gate man" but that didn't stop her from loving him so much. On the other hand, Laurel loved Christy but was hiding it bit later told her and asked her to be in a relationship with him,she gladly accepted.
Boom!! The show was going to an end, so all the girls were to spend a night with Stanley and they did but for Christy, who gave some silly excuses but Stanley still insisted on her coming to spend the night with him just so he'll be sure she loves his brother (Laurel) so much. Christy went, he went against the show's rules, just to test her by proposing to her and even forcing the ring into her finger without her saying anything... Later that evening, she called everyone and rejected Stanley's proposal and confessed that it was Laurel, the gate man that she loved.
Here comes the final day, where the girls got to know who Laurel was, when he told them about the plan, just to get true love and find a wife, they were shocked and the cash prizes was given to the 2nd runner up and the 3rd runner up. But when it got to the first runner up, she got the 20 million naira cheque and tore it, when she was asked why she tore it, she said "I have found my prize and that is Laurel".
Then and there, Laurel proposed to her.

Hi @ceestitches! Do you intend to write love stories? There are so many ways to conceive stories of the most universal theme of all! As long as you approach, with sensitivity and respect for the human condition, and as long as you exercise your writing, without forcing unbelievable situations, stories will flow from your pen... give it a try.
Thanks for posting in The Ink Well, @ceestitches. I had a little bit of trouble following the story, maybe because of the number of characters that are introduced in such a short time. I think you could slow your stories down just a little, and provide some dialog between the characters. Then we could get to know them a little better! Good luck with your writing.
