Let me take you back a little.
So one bright sunny morning in March.
Mercy and Janet were sitting on the porch gisting and having fun. When Janet asked mercy have you ever been pranked on April and you fall for it

Mercy responds that she can never fall for a prank, especially on 1st April, which is known as the April Fool.
Janet asked Mercy if she was very sure that she could never fall for a prank on April Fool's Day, and she affirmed that she wouldn't.

So Janet decided there and then to prank Mercy on April Fool's Day, she spoke to some friends and planned it.

Mercy is a jealous lover, who doesn't play with her boyfriend or anything for the love of her life. She can do and undo for him. She doesn't like seeing any woman around her man, if not heaven will fall. Mercy is obsessed with her man and all her friends know not to misbehave or play too much around her man. Friendship will end that day, dare her

So Janet and Mercy's boyfriend Franka decided to prank Mercy, unknown to Mercy's boyfriend.
Franka hid her brother's phone, then Janet put a call across to mercy
Now to the present

Janet:Henry suddenly slumped and my car refused to start

Mercy:who slumped?
Janet: (faking cry) Henry

Mercy raced out of her office, straight to her car, and drove like a mad woman to her boyfriend's house
While she was driving, she called Henry's phone but it was picked up by Franka who pretended that Henry was still unconscious and hadn't opened his eyes and they were trying to take him to the hospital
Meanwhile, Henry was unaware of what was happening around him. He was enjoying his day off at home, Netflix and chilling.

When Mercy got to the house, she parked her car outside and ran into the house, only to be met with a surprise and a shout of APRIL FOOL.
She doesn't know whether to laugh or cry.
Henry who was oblivious to the whole stuff asked mercy on what was chasing her.
But they all burst out laughing too.
They told him that mercy had finally fallen into their prank and he laughed hard
Mercy said you all got me there with tears flowing free from her eyes .

What a bad joke. It's something you do to those colleagues who are very annoying about certain things. In the end there was just a bad taste in the mouth.
