I want to say thank you first of all for the tools and resources you whip up to help writers like me. I've spent the past two hours on this post, reading all sources and sources of sources. I honestly appreciate this as it is an eye opener; a guide for me. Thank you @jayna and @theinkwell for all you do. I appreciate it.

I'm so glad it's helpful, @deraaa. And I'm not surprised you've spent several hours reading the different resources about dialogue. It really is a rich topic for writers, and a skill to develop over time. I've tried to keep this blog post as short and crisp as possible, because it can be really overwhelming. The important thing is to get the basics down, and the rest will follow.
