Emma had just turned 7 years old. For a little and fragile girl like her, it was a time of crisis that she had to deal with since her mother started forbidding Emma to consume chocolate in any form anymore. She would occasionally rebel like a teenage girl by throwing a tantrum and crying her eyes out if she was strictly forbidden to touch her chocolate, but that was something Emma's mom found amusing.
One Thursday morning, something strange happened to Emma. She woke up early in the morning and felt some discomfort in her mouth. She immediately looked for her mom all over the room.
"Mom! Mom where are you?" her shrill voice woke everyone up. Her mother responded to her little girl's call from the kitchen
"What's wrong sweetie, did something happen?" Emma's mom looked concerned.
"Look at this!" the little girl opened her mouth and showed that one of her little teeth was starting to fall out when she pushed it with her tongue.
"Ouuh honey, your milk tooth is starting to fall out, that means you're starting to become a big girl. You also need to stop eating chocolate!"
Emma's face pouted "do we need to pull it out mom? Does it hurt?"
"Don't worry dear, we just go to see the dentist, he will solve this problem wisely. And also there is a privilege for little girls whose teeth start to fall out, they will be visited by the tooth fairy!"
"Tooth fairy? What's that?
Emma's mom bent down to stroke Emma's little cheek "she is a beautiful fairy who rewards children who successfully pull out their teeth with a feeling of happiness. After hearing her mother's story, Emma looked excited. She decided to see the dentist on that day.
They decided to pull Emma's tooth at that very moment, even though Emma was a bit scared at first, she somehow managed to fight her fear thanks to the presence of the doctor and her mother who always encouraged her.
As night fell, Emma was eager to sleep at an early hour. She wrapped her teeth in tissue and placed it right under her head pillow. Emma's mother smiled warmly at her daughter's funny behavior.
The night progressed. Emma was sleeping soundly on her back. A gentle breeze came knocking on the window from outside quietly. A pair of crickets could be heard chirping from the yard. It was a peaceful night that everyone was looking forward to getting some quality sleep.
Early in the morning, Emma woke up. She rubbed her eyes briefly to scan the surroundings of her room. She quickly grabbed her pillow in order to got her gift from the tooth fairy Clux.
What was under her pillow was something that astonished her. She saw that her tooth was gone and replaced by a book with a set of colored pencils. She took the book and immediately called her mother to read it for her.
It contained a warm note to Emma

Thank you for being a brave girl, in the future I will always meet you every night when you fall asleep to receive your teeth, I like healthy and clean teeth the most, so avoid eating chocolate too often to keep your teeth healthy. Emma was so excited to receive all this, she opened very carefully the gift of colored pencils she received from the fairy and began to create a scribbler on a blank sheet of paper. Her mother slowly came out of Emma's room with a sense of calm and met her husband downstairs.
"What about Emma, is she happy with her present? Mr. Harold said.
"Yes dear, she's very happy, I'd rather have her be able to create freely like that than eat chocolate that could ruin her mouth at any time!"
"It looks like your job will be harder in the future, because you have to prepare a gift when her teeth fall out again!"
"That's a mother's job!" she said proudly.
