An interesting read my friend. Mrs Omu, though a great leader, failed to handle a certain scenario with wisdom and it led to her ultimate failure. At the start, she managed the girls boarding school quite effectively; She still did until she gave students power to take actions into their own hands without involving appropriate authority. Quite a sad case
