The ink well fiction. The unexpected.

Teger looked at his soon to be wife in the eyes with loads of thought roaming about his heart.

“This is not what I really want for myself”, how did I even manage to fix myself in this mess?”

This question has got no answer even though he demands an answer to it.

Teger could not help but accept the reality as Linda asked for assistance from him to help her get something she needed, left for Teger he wouldn't have even gone close to her but his mother was there watching, so to avoid some kind of scolding from his mum he reluctantly helped Linda.
Please help me bring it to the kitchen, it was a bucket of grinded tomatoes, his face frowned at that message but that doesn't really matter as he already is on it.

A voice from the background “ when you were doing it, were you not smiling?” That's the voice of Teger's mum.

“So, you will have to smile as you carry out every chaos you are asked to do. After all, you will soon be a father.”

This statement was a reality that Teger wouldn't want to hear even if it is true.

Teger managed to drop the bucket of grinded tomatoes in the kitchen.

And angrily he walked out of the house, his mum looked at him and laughed, if they had told you to stop when you were doing it you would have been even more angry than you are now, she laughed out loud and accompanied it with a sound of clap just like every typical african woman will do.

Justine, walked up to Teger “hay bro what's up with you, why is your face looking like someone who swallowed a bitter pill?”

That question almost made Teger mad.

“Of course you made me swallow the pill and the bitterness has come to stay.” His face squeezed like a cloth that needed to undergo laundry service.

Justine looked at him with much surprise, “how did I all of a sudden become the problem even if I am the orchestrator of your meeting with Linda, am I supposed to teach you everything on how to go about it even when she is already on your bed?”

Teger could not say a word as all he thinks of is how to get out that mess but it seem like an irreversible something, he was the one who reached out to his friend for help on how to get Linda, he never loved her the objective was to what Africans call “chop and clean mouth” that's have her come to bed and after everything act as if you never knew her.

But here is the one thing leading to so many things; PplHe will now be a father.
He will be a married man.
He will have to love someone he never planned to.

Teger burst into tears as his friend tried to console him telling him all will be fine, it's just a matter of time.

How it started
Teger has had a crush on Linda for a very long time and that's simply because she has got a massive endowment from behind. She is not all that pretty but then her body figure will want to make any man go down for her.

Teger has always craved for her as whenever he sees her he tends to lose his mind he always lost in thought.

So he faked his love for her making her fall easily for him, he never meant anything good. All he was after was just a one night stand with her and after that he will move on.

He succeeded in his mission. He finally got her to bed, achieved his sole purpose for loving her and then created a scene to break up with her. It was a short period of time with her.

Little did Teger know that his short time with her would later turn into a lifetime bond.

3 months after they met, Linda called him to tell him she was pregnant.

Teger never bargained for this to happen; he tried to lure her into aborting the pregnancy but Linda bluntly refused, which left Teger with no option than to accept the forthcoming responsibility which brought him to this stage of becoming a man with the responsibility of a 7 month pregnant woman.

“If I had known I wouldn't have even started it” Teger thought aloud as he sat close to his friend.

I did not enjoy this story, @iyimoga. I found it tasteless. In the future I hope you will show more discretion in choosing content to post in this community.

Sometimes, it doesn't just come the way you want it.

@iyimoga I have always said. Our words are our "voice"... So if the content, is not something you would just "say" openly. Or more specifically, in front of your mother...Then it's always best to stop... rethink... and consider how the words can be taken. Just my two cents on the matter, regardless...

It was a tasteless story, @iyimoga. The way you referred to Linda, the way you described her, the way you refer to women: I found it all very offensive.

Oops.

My apology
