I could imagine the scenario, that driver was indeed insensitive but at the same time he would have politely told the girls to highlight from the bus instead of dragging them out, that's where he got it wrong but thankfully you saved the day. Kudos!

The truth is, he didn't have to ask them to alight. They weren't going to sit there for free. They just couldn't pay for two seats, that's why they were lapping themselves. And it's pretty normal over here to have kids to that.
The passenger who didn't want to join the bus, was only a low-budget classist, who couldn't stand sitting beside poor looking kids.
The driver would've let the passenger go. The truth is another passenger would've entered. But he was trying to please the passenger at the expense of the dignity of those poor kids.
He knew it, that's why he couldn't utter a word when I yelled at him. He knew that he was wrong.
