Hello good evening everyone. How is it going with all of you over there? At my end, it is now evening and I want to make tell how my day went today.
So this morning I woke up around 4:00 a.m. Yes, because my alarm woke me up. I have this habit of setting or waking up anytime my alarm rings.
When I woke up I did my morning devotion which did not last for 30 minutes and after that I decided to do some revision for my studies. Today I did not read pathology at all to stop yesterday I read pathology throughout but today it was a different game. I remember I told you guys earlier that this particular course is bulky and I really want to cover up before my exam comes up
All right, the first topic I read was drugs for leishmaniasis. I don't know if some of you are already familiar with this particular type of protozoa disease, but it is caused by a genus called leishmania. Leishmaniasis happens to be a skin disease which can be cured with drugs. I read about the various classification of drugs used in the management of this disease, the adverse effects and clinical uses of some of the drugs.
After reading that I picked another topic which was drug abuse and management. It has to deal with drugs people abuse because of all the benefits they get from them. I read about their mechanism of action, their effect and toxicity.
When it was 11:30 I went out of my room to eat breakfast. The breakfast I had this morning was yeah and vegetables are one of my favourites. So when I was done eating I decided to rest for some time before coming back to my room.
Later on I went to the farm to see my younger brother who was making ridges for the crops you wanted to plant. After spending some time with him there I came back then freshen up before picking up my book again to read.
The next topic I read was drugs acting on the skin. I listed the classification of drugs. I made sure I captured the important points which are necessary for my exam. I jotted down many things and then concluded with some summary.
When it was 5:00 p.m. I decided to watch the football match between Nigeria and Rwanda. It was an interesting game.
Yes, many Nigerians were interested to know if this game would make us qualify for the world cup. Glory be to God as at the end will be able to play 2:0 against Rwanda. At the end everybody was happy because of the win and we thank our players for doing a very nice job today in the field.
After that I went out to help my family with dinner preparation. This night we prepared beans and rice although my younger sister was the one heading the cooking but I was there to supervise to make sure things were in order since my mom was not around. After the cooking which lasted almost 1 hour plus, we had our dinner stop. I decided to discuss with my parents about my school and other things concerning the family before I went back to my room.
When I went to my room I did my revision where necessary before I went to bed.
