On a good ground, no one( including the culprit) would come out to face such wrath.

The punishment from chaplain was always very intense, sometimes expulsion as such, no one would want to face the wrath.

We did this thing in school especially those oversabi 'teaching practice' teachers.
They report the case to school authority, they'd come and wipe hell out of us in a competitive manner.
After that, we expand our tactics again!
