What Mr Okechukwu exhibited is one habit I have noticed in a lot of traders. They are always on the lookout for unsuspecting victims and scam them of their money. That young lady now will go back to her boss with the low-quality material and if the boss is also an experienced tailor like you (which I know is definitely true), they will blame the girl for buying the fabric at such a price
