Damn, Linda really just said, “Here, take the kids,” and dipped. I felt that panic attack through the screen. And Soti just rolling with it, like, welp, guess I’m a babysitter now. But that “sink or swim” line? Oof. She really laid it out raw. Motherhood sounds like one long-ass survival game nobody prepared them for. Wild how they were all silently struggling, thinking they were alone. Makes you wonder how many people around us are barely holding it together.
Yeah, you know there is a saying that we don't look like what we've been through. So many masked smiles behind frown or depressed feelings. Regardless, all we can do is just to be kind.
