@harlowjourney's unicorn piece is worth a look this week, as it develops a lore around unicorns - situating itself in the magical realism genre. It was different enough to capture my imagination this week.
@itsfarah posted an interesting piece this week also, which had a nice mirror structure around life/death. In my piece this week I deliberately played with cliches, and this story also took on a cliche quality. I do wonder whether by breaking expectations, a more powerful story can be told. Worth a look nonetheless for its portrayal of grief.
