Wow, your interpretation is amazing, it didn't even occur to me. Is it because at the beginning I also used the pronoun wrong? It could be. Regardless, thank you for being a serious reader.

Well there were a few sentences in there that made me think that there was some transitioning going on with her/him/they/them...
"Well, sir, here is your order, and here is a glass of Ristretto for this young lady," said the waiter.
At the waiter's words, Jim rose from his seat.
"Don't be silly, she's my son, you idiot!"
But actually there were quite a few times throughout the narrative that you used the she/he, him/her, son/daughter, pronouns interchangeably and so I thought that was both the physical truth being told as well as the biological truth being told...
Yes, I admit it. There are many errors in my translator apps system. In the future, I will study again to see in detail the use of pronouns so as not to confuse the reader. Thank you for your comforting comments.
Well they may be errors to you, but to some readers they may be a part of the actual story...
Thank you very much for reminding in a constructive way. I hope I learn a lot from the mistakes I have made.
Yes but don't forget that some mistakes actually make happy accidents too! 😃
