I love foodie friend... you learn from her and eat different delicacies but then adding sugar to yam? Oh no
Yam already have natural sugar so I think artificial sugar is not needed.but u see all these chicken republic, mega chicken restaurants and co? I heard they do add sugar to their yam sauce
