Awwhh, what a wholesome story... Indeed, bad experiences usually lead to the most memorable ones. It seems that Aya and Lani were connected because Aya had her wings broken, just as Lani's calabash broke—or maybe it's just a coincidence? Well, anyway, their meeting is definitely a blessing to each other since they're able to feel joy after the bad experiences that happened to them.
In an enchanted place like Romi, magical connections like that aren't so uncommon after all. The two had their fate intertwined and it led to something even more beautiful. Their accidents were set in stone.
