As the stars always shines like the diamond that is spread all across the universe, one will still continually stand out among all the stars to catch the attention of it's viewers. Like the popular saying "Make a Wish" even though it was something that a whole lot of people believe in, for Jack, it was always seen as nonsense not until that faithful night. It quite looks like Jack will be believing in that Superstition though.
Jack Micheal as he is fondly called is a man always strict with his own daily routine. Every Evening around 10pm, he will have his sit outside his apartment and enjoying his cup of coffee by his hand. Staring at the sky and the mysteries that govern the universe. Jack resides in a small town but that has this beautiful view of the sky every single night making the stars to be a source of attraction to gaze at every night.
Saying to himself "What a night that is quiet again" He stopped in his coffee and enjoyed the cool breeze that blows all through the atmosphere. As he was about to get distracted with his phone, this specific shining star caught his very own eyes.
Trying to get the message the star is passing across, he mutterd to himself "It actually seems you this star is definitely trying to tell me something" in a bid to follow the direction of the star, he dropped his phone he was about to attend to and stare at the bright shining star. "Alright I wish.." then he actually paused as he was lost in thought what he actually wanted from the wish.
For few minutes, Jack take a look at his life. He has always live this lifestyle that has been considered to be ordinary, simple and not eventful as he hardly goes out and associates. Then he thought, what about if I wish for something interesting and fun. "Okay I wish for a touch of excitement and fun"
On the next faithful morning, Jack wake up to a whole lot of noises and sounds outside his apartment. The street has resumed back to his lively sounds and voice. Wondering what he will wear today to set out, he decided to put on a pair of jeans and t-shirt.
Coming down from the upstairs and looking at the downstairs, a whole lot of crowd have finally gathered together. He waves and moves outside the neighbourhood area settings out for the day that is still in uncertainty. "You are very welcome sir" looking bad to see who possessed that unique voice, it was a woman well dressed and with her enticing eyes. "My Name is Jessica what brings you to our place today sir"?
Jack responded "I saw the sign outside the building and decided to check it out". " Oh let me guess, you are looking for a wish to come to reality " Jessica responded.
Jack was surprised. "How come you knew"
Jessica responded with a smile"Of course the stars always speak" I have been I formed by the stars that someone looking like you will definitely come today.
Jack is still in shock was led to a back room that is filled with a whole lot of curiosity to answer and Jessica made jack to sit at this very round table that is clothed with this purple cloth.
Jessica responded to Jack once again."Sir, your wish to have a touch of excitement have been definitely be heard by the stars, but just a bit of advice I will give you. Be very careful of what you wish for, Sir, the universe always finds a way of catching us by surprise".
In the coming days, Jack life turns around massively beyond his expectations. The first turn was he was given a promotion at work, he won a bonus he didn't deserve and he begin to meet new people coming across his ways. It actually looks like his life takes a positive turn of 360° around.
On this faithful day, he was at the coffee shop celebrating how his life has turned around. He felt a tap on his shoulder and actually turn around to find out who was that. He found a woman named Mary. Mary looked into Jack's very eyes and responded "For someone like you who wished for excitement and you finally got your wish to be granted and fulfilled"
Jack for a second laughed. "Yeah, I never thought it would come to pass and I must say the exciting adventure has been one I have enjoyed so far.
Mary Responded "Probably there is a reason all of this is happening to you? Have you thought about it"
Jack responded "Well not really, probably the universe actually has a plan for me, who knows?.
Weeks passed and passed and Jack life continues to be filled with so much surprises and adventures that he can eventually imagine of. He and Mary became close and on this faithful day of having a date with Mary. Mary asked. "Do you actually regret having that wish"
Jack responded "Of course not at all, as it has really brought a positive turn around in my life that I can ever dream of including bringing you to my way Mary"
Mary blushing responded with a smile "I am also happy you made that wish dear"
Maya smiled, leaning into him. "I'm glad you wished upon that star."
In the end, Jack eventually learnt that the universe at times has a way of surprising us beyond our imagination and that all started with a simple wish upon a star.

STOPSomeone once told me a wish made under a shooting start always come true. I don't know how true that is, but it seems Jack's wish came through and he did had a lot of fun.

Now I feel motivated by Jack. Maybe this night I'll look up at the night sky to see if I'll see a star to make a wish. I think I need some action like Jack.
