Also, here's a little bit of feedback for you. In storytelling, there must be a "point of view." Typically, this is the story's main character. We see the world through that character's eyes. Everything in the story should be things they see and observe.
In this case, it seems the main character is Beauty. So the question is: whose observation is it that her make-up is running off her face and everything about her is ridiculous? If these are not the views of someone in the story, then the only other possibility is the author. But, as we know, the author should not step into the story. (See the article Avoid Author Intrusion.)
To make these observations, the story's point of view should be someone within the story who observes those things. Hopefully that is helpful.
