Israela is what is called a "fair weather friend." These are people who cannot put up with challenging situations, and will end a friendship under any circumstances but the best. Of course, if the circumstances improve again, they come back expecting to be restored in the friendship as if nothing happened.

Most people are just like israela. They only come around when there is enough, but run when you don't have. This is not the best when it comes to relationship.
