Elma seemed to be a little jealous and attention seeking from Harry, which clouded her views. Harry did a good job clearing that up for her and include her so they can spread happiness and joy between eachother and all around them.

I'm glad you got the message behind the story. Happiness eluded Elma even though her partner kept making others happy. She failed to understand Harry and that's why she felt unhappy.
