It's very true that over-worrying can develop into fears if we let our emotions get the better of us. Negative thoughts can consume so much energy, and make you lose out on precious moments in the present. It's great that you had all these solutions for distractions, and you seem to have figured out exactly what's needed to overcome those fears.
