This is a great story and would work very well for this week's prompt, although the story is not linked there. Here is a link. The prompt is a reckoning and the targeted skill is dialogue. There certainly is a reckoning when the two characters meet on the bus and there certainly is very effective dialogue.
There is nothing simplistic about this story. There is a great message illustrated (not expressed, thankfully). It is easy to misunderstand each other. It is easy to be angry. Usually, if we look behind someone's actions these are more complex than appears on the surface.
The story also gives us a great insight into Lagos culture. Thank you for sharing this story with us. We appreciate that you engage with other authors.

Lagos has a range of diverse cultures as many tribes from all over Nigeria converge there, making it one of the most populous states in Nigeria despite it's small size. Hence there's no shortage of the Lagos craze daily.
Although I wasn't writing with the weeks prompt in mind. I did notice when I checked out the link that there are specific tags I should have used. Am I allowed to update my tags and paste my link as a submission under this weeks prompt since the time for submissions is still open.
