Thank you for sharing this experience with us. It is certainly challenging for a teacher to face a new group of students. It seems they are always testing the teacher.
We would like to point out that the prompt word is 'balderdash. It seems you mistook it for bladderdash. Also, we would like to suggest in the future that you edit your stories more carefully. Google docs or Grammerly (just for punctuation and grammar) might be helpful.
