This story is effectively and skillfully written. Your use of dialog to tell a hard truth works well. However, what you describe is actually a crime, vile abuse of a child by an adult. Although it happened to you, and it is your story, we do not allow stories that describe abuse of minors. We need to be consistent in applying these rules so others do not cross that line.
Please refer to our rules on violence. You can see in the first paragraph that molesting children is addressed.
