Your characterization of the 'thieves' is delightful. Your switch in POV is remarkably effective. The story is skillfully crafted and entertaining.

I appreciate it, this is the first story I've written in weeks! The prompts gave me ideas, but when I wrote the story, I didn't feel like posting them for, reasons as a writer and author. Okay, it was because they didn't reach the standards I'd set myself to post a story. That's why.
