You bring us an endearing and humourous fantasy of a wannabe wizard who, upon moving into his new home, discovers that he has become subject to an unfortunate curse that is making him ill and threatening to derail his independence and ability to ply his magical trade. His hapless attempts to fix the situation, initially succeed only in making things worse and we find ourselves giggling at his antics and self-confessed failings.
Sometimes the spells sort of get away from me. I'm a wizard, but I'm no Merlin.
