“How do I get a good idea, like you!?” I had asked Rina. “Dyan is so boring! She does nothing all day!
“You have to make your characters do something. Really flesh out their life. Akel didn’t start out wanting to sail the seven seas, but then his father got sick and needs medicine, and Akel will search the whole world to get it,” Rina explained.
I huffed. Well, no use lying around in the real world. Might as well mope around with Dyan in my world. In a moment after a white flash whales wailed above me and light strings of light flowed down my skin from the water above. - @restcity

his was not an ordinary meeting, it was an important event where the completion of a document was announced that would formalize something that everyone there had been waiting for years: the formal registration in the state registry of the rights of dogs, which would put them just one step away from worldwide recognition of the autonomy and strength of the canine universe.
Waldo had led "The Revolution". By the time of this meeting, he was called "Wonder Waldo " for, to everyone's amazement, he had practically achieved what many thought impossible: placing dogs on the same level as humans.-@amaponian

Wonder

He was there to give her what she needed to know to lead her people forward. His beard was fringed with hoarfrost, his fingertips stained with spores, his eyes periwinkle blue, lips stained wine purple. The dead man was beautiful, a dru of snow gums, a pan of the eucalyptus. He cupped his amaranthine hands and huffs and puffs so the spores of the Life Giver clouds around her, dressing Ava in velvet green. She filled with wonder and love and breath.
Ah, the pain of life, she thought. It is this I must bear. It is okay. It is okay. We go forward, still...- @jane1289

My Grandfather's Journal

Now that the book was no more, how's I going to understand the message that my Grand father wanted to pass across. Annoyed, I stand up and walk towards the door and open it. "Would you like me to show you how to access what you seek", Our cat Giggles said calmly curled up outside the door. I looked at him and across the hall to be sure I wasn't hearing things.
"There's no need to be surprised Tim, your Grandpa (may the good Lord rest his soul) would want you to have all the knowledge he had". Without saying anything, I pick him up and dropped him beside the book closing the door behind me. "Start spilling everything you know Giggles", I finally said. Then he looked at me for a while, as if there was something on my face. Was this talking cat also going crazy?, I thought to myself. "- @chincoculber

She allowed her sense of hearing to see for her. The loud thumping organ in her chest synched with the squeaks of the tiny lab rats. She just knew they were lab rats for no reason.
Then, something or someone was beside her, sniffing.
“How fragrant. Is she for me?”
“Of course, dear. She’s all yours,” came a middle-aged woman’s voice. “Igor brought her here for you.”
“Is she the special girl mentioned in the prophecy?”- @idlemind

The Magical Device

After taking the device, she ran to her room to open it so she could see the world but, when she opened the parcel, she couldn't understand how this device made of plastic could help her fulfill her dreams.
Elizabeth not wanting to give up decided to read the manual and after doing that, she started clicking on it like a crazy person, and before she knew it, she fell into her phone and appeared in Paris.
Paris was so beautiful and she was so excited about seeing everything so, she began exploring the city from restaurants to parks. - @khaleesii
