Most of the issues are related to staking and unstaking, especially if someone has multiple stake transactions for same token. Sometimes trades fail because the amount on the opposite side is less than what user wants and it doesn't automatically try to fulfill the order partially and create new order for the remaining amount.
You expect the HE to have features from a full fledged exchange, where millions on development and resources are spent. Maybe you should lower your expectations given the near 0 transaction fees.

I'm only expecting new features don't introduce regressions that stay unfixed for months... It's basic quality assurance that every project does...
