pretty cool little virtual analog poly synth
ive only messed with it for like 20 minutes, heres a short demo/example of some of the sounds. im still trying to figure out the interface.
this is hands down, the lightest synth ive ever had...it has a cover which is handy.
it has endless encoder knobs with the position displayed by the lights on the 'keyboard'
i guess it has 32 oscillators but im still trying to figure out how to mix them and stuff(havent really read manual). it has mono duo and poly mode but it only has mono output
its powered through USB which is perfect for portability
the sound is pretty good and you can get a decent variety of them. i am not usually too keen on digital filters, but this is one of the better ones that i have heard(i love the sounds on my e-mu proteus series synths but the filters get digi clipped so easy, )
there is a built in arpeggiator and sequencer, which seems pretty easy to use, but im not certain if sequences can be saved or not yet, although it has many banks of presets that can be saved. i havent hooked it up to any midi stuff yet, just played the "tiny keyboard built into it"...which isnt the best, but honestly not as bad as most of the reviews i read.
these things are now $199 new...i pretty much bought it because i had a ton of ebay points and extra paypal cash and i didnt know what to get and have been wanting something really portable

Argh, stop, please. Skulpt keeps popping up in my social media with rave reviews and I'm trying very hard to be content with the gear I already have. haha.
Love the portability of this though, seems like a perfect synth to putz around with at a coffee shop or on a trip.
