So, you have to take 10 kg of carrots. Along with 10 kg of carrots, you have to take 10 kg of pure cow's milk, and then with 10 kg of carrots, 10 kg of cow's milk. Then you have to take three kg of sugar, then you have to take one kg of malai, and you have to take two kg of khoya. You have to take a handful of green cardamom worth one hundred rupees, and then you have to take half and half of pistachios, almonds, walnuts, and this too. First of all, you have to wash the carrots thoroughly, three or four times with clean water, because the carrots have dirt on them, so that it can be washed off. When you have cleaned the carrots thoroughly, then you have to take the carrots home, as you can see in the pictures. You have to cut the carrots into this shape, cut them finely, make them thick. When the fibrous carrots are cut, what do you have to do next? You have to put these carrots in a large pot. When you put them in this large pot, then you have to light the stove. After lighting the stove, in the large pot of carrots in which you have cut and put the carrots, you have to mix 10 kg of milk. Here, you have to remember one thing that you have to take a large pot for 10 kg of carrots, in which you have to also add 10 kg of milk and add other ingredients so that the pot is completely filled. When you have also added 10 kg of milk to 10 kg of carrots, then now you have to add the mixture made of milk on top of it. If you don't add the milk and the khoya, you have to let all these ingredients cook until all these ingredients, the carrots and the milk, are completely reduced.

When the carrots and milk are completely mixed in the pot and there is only a small amount of carrots left in the pot, they are very cooked and their condition becomes completely red, then at that time you have to add sugar in it, you have to mix it in and then you have to let it cook for another 10 to 20 minutes and until the water of the carrots and the milk is completely dried, you do not remove the carrots until then when the carrots are completely dried and the milk is also dried inside it and there is no water left, then you have to add oil in it, add ghee when you add ghee in it then you have to let it cook further and when the ghee starts coming out then you have to understand that now your carrot halwa is completely ready when the carrot halwa is completely ready its color will become completely red and the water of the milk and carrots will be completely dried and in this state Carrot halwa is ready, so you have to prepare carrot halwa like this, that is, first of all, you have to mix carrots with milk in a pot and cook it. When the carrots and milk are mixed together, add sugar and green cardamom. When the carrots and milk are completely dry, you have to add khoya and add the dried fruits.
