im powering down 3/4ths of all my HIVE because its a scam
time to get rid of hive and get BTC or ETH whatever
i dont care if i buy bTC and it crashes, i will still have some BTC instead of this scam HIVE token controlled by one guy @blocktrades who has no intent of ever explaining wikileaks or vault 7 or 8
I'm waiting until at least the end of this quarter to power down some, as there's an airdrop for the new 3Speak coin Larynx. At some point during quarter 2 (could have already happened, we don't know), they're taking a snapshot of the Hive blockchain and giving a staked hive equivalent (or maybe any Hive or HP in your wallet, just not to Hive holders on exchanges) of this new LARYNX coin which will supposedly really improve 3Speak and make it even more decentralized.
It's complicated how it works, but they're giving it out in chunks over like 12 months or something, and you have to claim it each month in order to get the full amount. You don't need your Hive to claim it though, just for the snapshot. Their twitter is talking about it a bit:
