Ok, after further checking, it looks like 3speak embed is not working probably issue with 3speak servers. When viewing from 3speak website it plays but when play from embedded source it won’t play. Need to notify 3speak team.

I checked the embeds but could not find them; I only saw images.

To the image, there is an embedded video of 3speak.
I think it doesn't work like that. You just need the link or the URL of the video:

If you add an image it only shows the image.
That’s ok, it is just linking image to next blog post and in that post video is embedded correctly but it won’t play, issue is about that.

All the images have a 3speak video embedded in the code as confirmed by @ecency
