WHAT IS MISS HIVE

Miss Hive initiative is an idea created to empower women who are in and out of the blockchain and crypto sector giving them comprehensive education, fostering community engagement, and promoting innovative solutions to help address the challenges women face in this field. This project will channel its focus on creating a platform where women can learn, collaborate, and grow in the decentralized world of blockchain technology.

OBJECTIVE:

  1. EDUCATION: It will help equip women who are in the blockchain with more vast knowledge and those who want to go into the field through webinars, workshops, and online seminars/courses for their various levels.

  2. PROMOTING HIVE BLOCKCHAIN: This Miss Hive will showcase the unique power of hive such as its decentralized nature, social dApps, platforms for content creators, and effortless transactions.

3: STRENGHTEN AND GET CONNECTED: It will help to strengthen the hive communities by connecting them to new members and audiences.

The above listed objective are the first and important 3 objectives we will be focusing on during and after the project. Education, Promotion and connection is a major thing that is needed on hive and outside hive.

The project has various categories for winners, this category is how we fix them to handle their pet projects under the Miss Hive brand.

Categories are:

Miss Hive Education: This categories focuses on the educating people about the hive blockchain, not only women but mostly women. The Miss Hive Education is the 1st Runner up after we have crowned the winner who who will have a touch of power from all other categories.

Miss Hive Creativity: This is where creativity displays it real power, this category focuses on the creative power of hive and it users helping them to showcase their creativity on the hive platform and also introducing other creative ideas.

Miss Hive Entreprenue: This is the person that will represent hive on blockchain matters, bring up hive promotional strategy for the Miss Hive Brand and idea on how we can use hive to drive innovation in different fields.

Miss Hive Advocate: This category places it's focus on community building, connectivity and growth. it focuses on using power of hive to influence and empower others through education and advocacy for blockchain.

Miss Hive Social Impact: This category is to see how they would use hive drive social change, this category is mainly for socialization to help drive social change, wether in sustainability, education or other important causes.

JUDGING CRITERIA:

  • All contestants must have a valid hive account and must be active, this way updates about the event won't be posted by only the be-connected team but also by participants and we will monitor your engagement on the platform as it is a key judging criterion.

  • Creativity in and off camp will also be a judging criterion, you must be unique and creative both on the blockchain and off the chain.

  • Questions and Answers will also be a part, as you will be asked questions regarding the blockchain and others, you will also be given a task by brands and top individuals.

  • Voting: This is a phase that will follow through as it one of the way we will support this project and also judge you as to knowing the kind of connection you have.

  • Refferal: This is to monitor the number of people that signup on hive through your influence and they must be active.

PRIZES AND REWARDS:
We all know that there a lots of brands on hive and we believe that most of this brands will seek representatives and more anyways the winners will be rewarded using hive token.

A certain amount of hive will be given to this winners after the entire event has taken place and after the event comes the real work, where they will take hive to the streets, to investors and brands.

MARKETING & PROMOTION:

  1. Partnership with Influencers: Collaborate with influential women in blockchain, tech, and crypto industries to promote the event.

  2. Social Media Campaigns: Use Hive-based social dApps like PeakD and 3Speak, as well as traditional platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok, to create buzz around the event.

  3. Content Creation Challenges: Incentivize users to create posts, videos, and blogs about the pageant to spread awareness on the Hive blockchain.

  4. Livestreaming the Event: Stream the pageant on Hive's dApp 3Speak, allowing users to engage with the event in real-time, and offer hive tokens for event attendees who watched online as a souvenir.

Is this the first time of the contest? How much Hive was given the last time?
Afaik, professional pictures are expensive so if they have to 'invest' in outfit, photographers and such, it would be nice to have a juicy reward.

Just considering possible cost, I would estimate 100,000 Hive to be proper for the first and hopefully half for second.

We have made arrangements for professional pictures, videos and fashion for the entire event at an affordable rate for the first edition. It is to prove to that hive Blockchain that we can do it. We don't want to put hopes up for massive events. The aim is to beat out targeted audience and make a change.
