Seguimos con la tendencia de desenterrar prendas que han quedado en el olvido, Parte 3... 😁
Recuerdo que al poco tiempo de casarme agarré una libreta vieja y comencé a llenarla de recortes con cosas que me gustaría haber tenido en ese momento, me gustaba colocar allí accesorios, peinados, sandalias, maquillajes, ropa y vestidos que veía en catálogos de AVON, CYZONE, L'EBEL y cualquier revista que me pasara por delante... Jejeje.
Tenía la ilusión de mandarlos hacer o comprarlos algún día y verme como algunas de esas modelos. 🥹
Estoy hablando de hace 14 años atras más o menos... Un día (antes de que naciera mi hija) decidí mandar hacer un vestido con el modelo de uno de esos recortes, compré el tipo de tela y color exactos. Y cuando ya estuvo listo y le lo probé, sentía que me veía ¡ESPANTOSA!
Eso parecía una bata de baño... Jajajaja. No me gustaba para nada. Así que lo arrume. Algo haría con él en algún momento, pero mientras lo arrume y no lo usé más.
A los años, lo volví a sacar y decidí hacerle unas modificaciones, le volé las mangas, y un faralao que tenía al final que lo hacían lucir como la propia bata de baño... 🙂
Creo que se veía mejor... Pero aún así, no lo usé. Hasta que hoy no encontraba que usar y me lo probé a ver qué tal. 😏
Amo mi cuerpo de 34 años 🤣🤣. Ahora la ropa si me queda como quería que me quedara hace 15 años atrás. Me alegré de no haberlo regalado y esas modificaciones que le hice años, resultaron.
Insisto... Si algo le gusta pero no lo suficiente, dele la vuelta, busque la manera... Hay modificaciones sencillas que le dan un plus a cualquier prenda! La creatividad, siempre será la clave!

I remember shortly after I got married I grabbed an old notebook and started filling it with clippings with things I wish I had had at the time, I liked to place there accessories, hairstyles, sandals, makeup, clothes and dresses I saw in catalogs from AVON, CYZONE, L'EBEL and any magazine that passed me by.... Hehehe.
I had the illusion of having them made or buying them someday and looking like some of those models. 🥹
I'm talking about 14 years ago or so.... One day (before my daughter was born) I decided to have a dress made from the pattern of one of those cut-outs, I bought the exact type of fabric and color. And when it was ready and I tried it on, I felt that I looked SPANISH!
That looked like a bathrobe..... Hahahahaha. I didn't like it at all. So I crumpled it up. I would do something with it at some point, but in the meantime I crumpled it up and never wore it again.
Years later, I took it out again and decided to make some modifications, I blew off the sleeves, and a faralao I had at the end that made it look like the bathrobe itself... 🙂 .
I think it looked better... But still, I didn't wear it. Until today I couldn't find what to wear and tried it on to see how it looked. 😏
I love my 34 year old body 🤣🤣. Now the clothes do fit me the way I wanted them to fit 15 years ago. I was glad I didn't give it away and those alterations I did years ago, worked out.
I insist... If you like something but you don't like it enough, turn it around, find a way.... There are simple alterations that give a plus to any garment! Creativity will always be the key!

Jajajaja eres de mi team... Yo también invento con modificaciones de las prendas, la mayoría se le puede sacar provecho. Ese vestidito te queda lindo y los colores te quedan muy bien.

Ay Dios! me asusté con el título, pues pensé que de verdad habías modelado con una bata de baño! jajaja
Me pasó también de decirle a mi mamá que me hiciera ropa que se veía linda en el figurín, pero no era para mi cuerpo, pero siendo hija de la costurera, me la ajustaba pero solo si yo era la que descosía.
Jajajaja es que con las mangas que tenía antes y el ruedo si parecía una bata de baño literal 🤣.
Que maravilla tener una mamá costurera 😍... Yo creo que la fuera cargado loca 🤭
