The “crypto way” is offering a unique avenue for skaters to access funding, promote their projects, and even earn directly through decentralized platforms. For example, NFTs (non-fungible tokens) allow skaters to sell digital art, videos, or merchandise, turning their tricks and skate culture into collectible assets. Crypto also facilitates international donations and sponsorships without the challenges of traditional banking systems, making it easier for Ugandan skateboarding initiatives to grow. 
This convergence of skateboarding and crypto not only empowers individual skaters but also strengthens the wider skate community. It opens up pathways for financial independence and global recognition while teaching young skaters about digital literacy and financial tools.
