It's a bit ridiculous the card that is literally named "Corrupting Influence" was not in the list. I pulled a Shadow copy today from a pack and got reminded again how erratic the card choices were.
I also bet early on Anubians that according to the lore appeared as a consequence of the stopped eclipse, and we saw none of those being removed.
Then they timidly bought a couple of Echo cards, leaving many on the side (why?), and then doubled down on the early Thaeriel cards and forgot about Echo cards.
But yea, one of the biggest problems for me were the inconsequential clues. The other was they bought cards at a certain price point during the event and then they never reached those buying prices again until the event ended. I was left with cards I don't need, that I bought just for this, posted for sale under the max buying price...
And then we hear the team talking about this and everything was okay, maybe more obvious clues next time, they received good feedback (98% of what I read was bad) and they never address directly all the blunders you mention in your post!
