My Weekend Event
This week I managed to get 18 wins, not the best but still a pretty solid score! I made some changes in my deck from the previous week because of the nerfs in some cards. We will talk about it though later in the post!
The Nerfs
The cards that got nerfed are Giant Pangolin and Moonlight Charm
Giant Pangolin - From 2 armor to 1 armor|
Giant's Pangolin nerf was a bad hit for him. It is somewhat unplayable now as he cannot actually live that much in the board. You used to play the Pangolin trade and still have pretty solid HP whilst now...you trade and HP is way too low and it just gets killed before your next turn. So, not my preferable choice and if you play it...don't put it twice in the deck if you ask me!
Moonlight Charm - You had to be frenzied to give your strongest creature +2/+2 and also was 1/3. Now its a 0/3 and you have the ability to buff your strongest creature by +2/+2.
As far as it goes for the Moonlight Charm nerf, well it is really not a nerf in my opinion. It's more of a buff, before you had to be frenzied which made you a lot of times to go face in order to get the buff. Now, you can coin it before you play a minion and use it to buff your minion next turn. In a few words, you build up a wall with a strong minion and your opponent has to use a lot of resources to get rid of that minion!

My Weekend's Event Rank
This weekend I started at Solar Gold and ended up in Diamond! My games didn't go as good and I had probably one of my worst games so far!
The Deck
The Packs
The packs I got from this Weekend Event are pretty good! We got 2 x DO Epic Packs and 3 x Epic Packs! I might have not gotten and *DO Legendary but the cards in the packs were super great! However, these are the ones that really shined!
I even got Empyrean Pacifist twice!

Great write up. I still use pangolin but he is definitely a lot weaker. Sometimes if you get lucky and draw Pangolin Armor, you're golden haha

Thank you! I also used it in my Mid Range deck , but I see that Aggro Nature is now performing better! If they gave him just 1 more hp 6/5 1 armor would be super good!
