Hello everyone, as you may know, there will be a new expansion: Fallen Age, which will be released this February 18th (4 days after this post).
I'm really excited about this as I've been playing Gods Unchained consistently since December of last year, and after playing against meta decks that use the same strategy over and over again, it gets repetitive and not so fun when I lose :P. So it's nice to have new cards that support decks and some tribes.
There will be 56 new cards, and it will bring two new mechanics to the game: Wither and Raid effects.
Cards with WITHER are obliterated at the end of the turn if they're in your hand. Therefore, you must use those cards before that happens.
Cards that have RAID are activated when you play your second card during your turn.
Remember: Raid tracks cards played from start of turn, not when the card entered the board.
I will focus this post on explaining what I think about the cards that have Wither. In the Fallen Age expansion there are 8 of them.

Deception spell, mana cost 0, has a simple but effective effect that deals 1 damage to any character of your choice. | Light spell, another 0 mana spell, which gives a creature +2 order, meaning it cannot attack or be attacked directly. Beautiful drawing, by the way :P |
Unfortunately, you can't put these 0 mana cards into your deck, but don't worry, they are added directly to your hand when you play specific cards.
There are 3 cards that add Devious Strikes to your hand, all three are good cards in my opinion, even Exile Chief, although it will be difficult to summon. I predict Knives Out and Elixir-head will be the most used and a pain in the ass.
And there is only one creature that adds Edict of Peace to your hand, but it has 2 methods to do so, Roar and Raid.

Light spell, it can be really useful since it only costs 1 mana, being able to have another copy of a creature and if it is legendary much better. | Deception spell, I kind of like this card, because it forces the opponent to play their lowest mana cost card, otherwise it will be obliterated. |

Magic creature, great support for Atlantean decks, speeds up the deck by drawing a spell and reducing its mana, so you can play it in the same turn. | Deception creature, like many, it hides when summoned. Very useful card, which can add played spells to your hand, use them before they are banished. |
Both cards have the Raid effect, as I mentioned before, this effect is activated when you play your second card during your turn. If you start your turn by summoning one of these units and then play any other card, Raid will be activated.

Nature creature, this fish has low health but its afterlife effect is quite good. There are currently 14 Wild creatures that have 5 mana that can be summoned by this creature. | Neutral creature, I like its effect, useful especially when the opponent has many cards in hand, being able to obliterate one of them if not used on time. |
Dust Collector is a 5 mana Wild creature, so it can be summoned much earlier with the help of Reef Lurker if you manage to destroy the fish on your turn.
Soon (in 4 days), if you want to summon a 5 mana creature in the round 3 by taking advantage of Reef Lurker's afterlife effect, the only way to do so is to use your extra crystal mana and play Mire Walker (nature creature) which can destroy the fish using its Dreadtouched effect.
I can't find another way to do this in the round 3 using 1 mana cards and asumming you summoned Reef Lurker in a Nature deck, unless you have more units on your board and refresh your mana using the Pack Stalk spell (refresh 1 mana for each creature you control), so you can use 2 mana cards like Natural Selection (only works if the enemy has a strenght 2 creature, so your Reef Lurker attacks it and gets defeated) or Path of Nature (using the dreadtouched effect).
Aside from Dust Collector, I think it's worth summoning any of these 3 wild creatures through Reef Lurker's effect.
In this video from the Gods Unchained Youtube channel, you can see how the Wither card is obliterated at the end of the turn if it is not played.
And those are all the cards that currently have the Wither effect, do you like them or just meh?
My three favourites are definitely Elixir-head, Gerhardt and Reef Lurker, what are yours?
See you next time, take care.

Good analysis. If you like this sort of theory crafting posts, and explaing cards and synergies, by all means make more and try to be thorough and detailed.
Thank you so much. I will try to do it more often.
