You know that moment when you're playing and feel like your opponent is reading your mind? Well, this new Deception domain composition, called "OUR STUFF DECEPTION", is just like that only worse, I think (in a good way, of course). It's a deck that can be quite irritating because it messes with everything you have in your hand.
Cards, mana, and patience...
I haven't had the chance to test this beauty personally yet, but I've seen some comments on Discord that made me very curious. People are saying it's a really annoying deck to go up against.
And I get why.
Imagine you're there, all happy with your brilliant plan, and suddenly your opponent starts stealing your cards, controlling the game, and even hitting you with AOE damage that leaves you dizzy. It's enough to make anyone want to concede in the early turns.
The secret to this deck, from what I understand, is patience. It makes you wait, accumulate mana, and then, just when you least expect it, it drops the card "A TOAST TO PEACE," which sends all cards on the board back to the players' hands. It's like a game reset, but with a touch of evil!
The funniest part is that this composition performs really well against Control Death, Control War, and Aggro Light. It's like the nightmare of control and aggressive decks.
But, as with everything, it has a weakness of course, the Hidden Rush Deception domain itself, which happens to be one of my favorites.
I'm super curious to test this deck and see if it really lives up to the hype.
I can already imagine the faces of my opponents when I start stealing their cards and controlling the game like a true thief.
But, as with everything, I'm also a bit scared of facing this deck. Imagine you're there, all confident, and suddenly your opponent starts taking everything you have in hand. It’s enough to mess with anyone’s head!
I'm already thinking of some strategies to counter this deck.
Maybe using a more aggressive deck to try to finish it off before it accumulates too much mana?
Or perhaps a control deck to try and nullify its cards?
Well, although it's on the META LIST this time with a 50.5% win rate, it’s not that commonly used. I only found two players who have been standing out with it:
I actually like that.
Since I joined the game, it always seemed like the Deception domain was lagging behind. That’s why it was my second choice, right after the Death Deck.
Its hidden mechanics are the best for me.
The interesting thing about this Our Stuff composition is that you don’t have an offensive move before 7 mana. That means you rely on stalling the game until then to use Ember Oni, which can easily end the game since it’s an explosive creature (It applies Burn to all creatures, plus it has Leech.)

Sabe aquele momento que você tá jogando e sente que seu adversário tá lendo seus pensamentos? Então, essa nova composição do domínio Deception, batizada de "OUR STUFF DECEPTION", é tipo isso, só que pior eu acho (no bom sentido, claro). É um deck que te deixa bastante irritado porque ele mexe com tudo que você tem em mãos.
Cartas, mana e paciência...
Eu ainda não tive a chance de testar essa belezinha pessoalmente, mas já vi uns comentários no Discord que me deixaram bastante curioso. A galera tá falando que é um deck bastante chato de se enfrentar.
E eu entendo o porquê.
Imagina você lá, todo feliz com seu plano mirabolante, e do nada seu adversário começa a roubar suas cartas, controlar o jogo e ainda te dar um dano AOE que te deixa tonto. É pra fazer qualquer um querer conceder a batalha nos primeiros turnos. O segredo desse deck, pelo que eu entendi, é a paciência. Ele te faz esperar, acumular mana, e aí, quando você menos espera, ele solta a carta "A TOAST TO PEACE", que manda todas as cartas da mesa de volta pra mão dos jogadores. É tipo um "reset" no jogo, só que com um toque de maldade!
O mais engraçado é que essa composição se sai muito bem contra Control Death, Control War e Aggro Light. É tipo o terror dos decks de controle e agressivos. Mas, como nem tudo são flores, ele tem um ponto fraco é claro, o próprio domínio Hidden Rush Deception que é uns dos meus favoritos.
Eu tô super curioso pra testar esse deck e ver se ele é tudo isso mesmo.
Já tô até imaginando as caras dos meus adversários quando eu começar a roubar as cartas deles e controlar o jogo como um verdadeiro ladrão. Mas, como nem tudo são flores, eu também tô com um pouco de medo de enfrentar esse deck. Imagina você lá, todo confiante, e do nada seu adversário começa a te roubar tudo que você tem em mãos. É pra dar um nó na cabeça de qualquer um
Eu já tô até pensando em algumas estratégias pra enfrentar esse deck.
Quem sabe usar um deck mais agressivo pra tentar acabar com ele antes que ele acumule muita mana?
Ou talvez um deck de controle pra tentar anular as cartas dele?
Bom, embora ele esteja no META LIST dessa vez com uma taxa de vitória de 50.5%. Ele não é tão utilizado assim. Encontrei apenas 2 jogadores que tem se destacado com eles:

Desde que eu entrei no jogo, parecia que o domínio Deception sempre ficava para trás. Tanto que foi minha segunda escolha, logo depois do Death Deck. Suas mecânicas de hidden são as melhores para mim. O interessante dessa composição Our Stuff é que, você não tem uma ofensiva antes de 7 de mana. Isso é, você depende de segurar o jogo até lá para utilizar Ember Oni, que pode facilmente acabar com o jogo por ser uma criatura explosiva (Ele adiciona Burn em todas as crituras, além de ter Leech).
