Is very occasional, usually I play it if I go first, I pip and play it, is hard to deal with it first turn.
Other times I play it so my opponent focus on it and spend some of his resources.
For example this WR against SamBam I managed to keep it on the board and got 2 anti-magic experts from Hollow that helped me win the match.
Also if you managed to get hollow behind a wall and have your patient pickpocket alive you can order the patient pickpocket instead and get 3 cards next turn, your draw, hollow and copy of opponent (probably too greedy, but I love that play lol
